You can order Graber custom made blinds quickly and easily through our secure SSL shopping. Use the following information to assist you in ordering.

* Go to our service policies page for details on policies dealing with privacy, security, shipping and handling fees, sales tax, confirmations, cancellations and methods of payment.

* Go to the product specification for details on the individual products.

* Record accurately which measurement is the width and which measurement is the height. It is very common to transpose these measurements.

* Because these window treatments will be custom made to customer's specification, they cannot be returned for any reason except warranty repair. Carefully review your order before submitting it.

* Changes or cancellations are not possible once production has begun.

* Standard configuration for blind is with a cord tilt to the left and cord lift to the right. You may specify other configurations if you need. Cord tilters and wand tilters are available but the cord tilter is the recommended selection due to its heavy duty design.

* Valances that come with a blind designated as an outside mount [OB] will have a full 2 7/8 " return on the valance ends. Valances that come with a blind designated as an inside mount [IB] will have no return on the valance ends. If you need a return on a valance that is not standard you may request this in the comment and special request section appearing on the checkout page.

* UPS shipments must be shipped to the card holder's address on credit card orders.
